Hello lovelies! Part of me is always amazed just how much a skin can change a look! I can put one on and it's an instant no, and I'll put on another and I fall in love! I realize that it can be a pretty subtle difference for some, but I try on all new skins I find because you just never know. My new love is this Bonni skin from Glam Affair. I'm a big fan of Glam affair and I have many of their skins, but this is my favorite so far. In real life people want no pores and texture lol, but I love it here on this gorgeous skin! Kawaii Inspiration

Hello lovelies! I see some really cute Kawaii styles here in Second Life and I thought it would be fun to try and adapt it to my style. Whether I fully succeeded or not, it was still another fabulous reason to shop!  I found some great new items and new creators in the process and I'm always happy when that happens. My personal vibe is not quite as young and cutesy as what I typically associate with Kawaii, so I think I went a little edgy street kawaii lol, but I love it! 

As a total side note, can I just express how much I 💖💖💖 that mirrors can actually reflect in SL now????

Christmas in November

So, I managed to wait until November 3rd to get my Christmas geek on! My choice to start the festivities early has nothing to do with the commercialization of Christmas and everything to do with the coziness, fun and cheerful, sparkly decorations and these days I feel we need all the cozy, cheerful, sparkly fun we can get! Never fear though, I will never forget Thanksgiving (and perhaps some tuna shaped like a turkey!)  Time to admit that I have a stocking up for each of my six KittyCatS (yes 6) cause I'm corny like that and quite possibly a semi crazy SL cat lady meeeeow. Meet Harley Nub, Henley, Gizzy, DaRums, Lucky and Bits. They are more than just pixel cats to me as they represent cats that I've had in RL that are no longer with me and I love that I can still have them here in SL. While they may be pixel cats, they are so cute and they have lots of personality. It's also great that I don't have to clean litter boxes lol, although if they ever make interactive litter boxes, I will probably get one 🤣

Classic with a Twist

Have I gone preppy in my Second Life? Not exactly lol, but I adore this sweater/shirt combo from Spectacled Chic....comfy, casual and cute. It actually comes with a long skirt that you can show or hide which is very cool. I paired the top with my favorite jeans from Shifuku and boots from Ayo and I am ready for anything! But we can't forget the awesome hair from Monso to top it all off. I love the face framing wavy tendrils, SL hair just keeps getting better and better.

Eye Candy

There is no shortage of cozy sweaters in SL and I'm here for it! This one by f.d. gives you the option of solid colors or different prints via a HUD, I love the variety. I paired my cropped sweater with some cute, cropped hair by Doux. The wispy bangs are an add on from Studio Exposure. And wow, do I love these eyes from Lotus. My favorite from Lotus so far.
